Question: how many of the GOP's most memorable ads were developed by taking phrases out of context and building an entire narrative around such "selective editing"?

And when, exactly, did that become admirable?

In keeping with the spirit of decorum, I'd like to say that I'm sorry for calling her a crazy bitch that was unfit to get a single minute on the national stage.

@AfGuy And what's the definition of effective?  Are your ads really effective if you lose?

I'd also like to say I'm sorry if I ever implied that she should use her butt plug to keep her pie hole shut. I'm not sure that I ever actually implied that, but I'm sure that I at least thought it.

Gunny, I guess they could be judged effective if you lose by less than you were expected to.

A driver in a Volkswagen who can manage to keep up with a Corvette will lose the race but still be judged to be a VERY good driver, simply because he made the race closer than it had any right to be.

Same with politics... Willard was a lemon of a candidate.... false and misleading ads were about all they had to offer in concrete support, even though Obama SHOULD have been extremely vulnerable.

@sacredh Nothing wrong with that. She might have been waiting for your Bday to do the same. Maybe her Bday came earlier in the course of things. Divorces stink, I do not think anything makes it better or worse. *ugh*

On a totally unrelated note, I'd like to apologize for filing for a divorce on my ex-wife's birthday. That was just mean.
