Fun fact: If the average age of the ticket was the determining factor for eligibility, and not each individuals’, McCain-Schroeder would totally work. In addition to youth, you’re throwing a bone to the (media) base, and creating the very real possibility that we’d have a president who could live to see the actual end of the Iraq war a hundred years from now.
