A documentary chronicling Mitt Romney’s runs for the White House will premiere on Netflix in January.
The film, Mitt, follows Romney’s two presidential runs from Christmas 2006 through his faled 2008 effort to win the Republican nomination, and the 2012 campaign he lost to President Barack Obama in the general election. The film reportedly ends with Romney’s November 2012 concession speech and includes a behind the scenes look at Romney and his family.
“I couldn’t believe I was filming inside rooms and situations I had no business being in,” said director Greg Whiteley, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Whiteley had extensive access to the campaign.
Mitt will make its debut at Sundance on Jan. 17. The film will then be available on Netflix on Jan. 24.
