–As Politico reports, Democratic officials in four states are being accused of using Trojan horses disguised as Tea Party candidates to siphon conservative votes and tip tight elections.

–And the Senate has confirmed Elena Kagan to the U.S. Supreme Court, by a 63-37 vote. the Senate vote on the Kagan SCOTUS nomination is in progress. She’s expected to sail to confirmation. We’ll have more on that shortly.
