Here it is, all 220 pages of it.
Clearly it is not the full legislative text — that likely won’t come until after the mark up (or if your the HELP committee, seemingly never) — which makes sitting in a mark up a bit of a surreal experience for reporters as we’ll get the text of the amendments but we won’t have the underlying bill to reference the changes.
