There’s nothing our commenters like to discuss more than media ethics and standards — or rather, the lack of them. Amid that ongoing MSM v. blogosphere war, Joe’s link last week to Deborah Howell’s Washington Post ombudsman column about commenters really got them going. Deborah has another column this week. This time, I think, our commenters will find that there is much in here with which they agree. Or maybe not. Either way, it’s worth a read.
UPDATE. Totally personal response to commenter Linda: Is there any chance we had the same first-grade teacher? Mine tied me to my desk with the sash of my dress because I was getting up and asking her too many questions.
