TotT is a daily rundown of campaign events, compiled by Katie Rooney.

For the second day this week Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) is focusing his campaigning outside the Iowa-New Hampshire-South Carolina-Nevada primary bubble, but this time is doesn’t look like he’s searching for an endorsement. Obama is heading to Richmond, Virginia tonight for a campaign kick-off event at the Planet Zero Art Center hosted by Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine (D). Kaine already endorsed Obama a few months ago during the candidate’s first visit to the state to headline the Virginia Democratic Party’s Jefferson-Jackson Day dinner shortly after announcing his bid for president. About 3,500 people came to see Obama speak that night, which sponsors said was the largest dinner of its kind throughout Richmond’s history. Let’s see if tonight’s event goes just as well.

Here’s where some of the other presidential candidates will be today:

*Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) is in Iowa for most of the morning hosting two town hall meetings – the first in Council Bluffs at 8:45 a.m. and the second in Fort Dodge at 11:30 a.m. Later, at 6:30 p.m. he’s holding a fundraiser in Grosse Point, Mich.

*Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s (R) wife travels to New York City as a featured speaker at the Women’s National Republican Club’s American forum series.
