Bill Clinton Calls Out George W. Bush For Not Being on Twitter

On Monday evening, former President Bill Clinton tweeted a Presidents Day message for U.S. Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, George H. W. Bush and Jimmy Carter.

While he wished all four a Happy Presidents Day, he playfully reprimanded W. for not having a Twitter account by including the hashtag #HowAre YouNotOnTwitter. At least one of Clinton’s twitter followers was quick to note that the only reason Clinton got on Twitter last year is because comedian Stephen Colbert talked him into it. “If I remember correctly, you’re only on Twitter because someone made you!,” wrote Colby Gallagher
