Public anger at the GOP registered in polls throughout the shutdown, as their approval rating with the American public sank to the lowest level on record. With the shutdown over and public focus on the botched roll-out of Obamacare, now President Obama has joined them.
Obama’s approval rating is now 42% in an NBCNews/Wall Street Journal poll released Wednesday, an all-time low. His disapproval rating of 51% is an all-time high.
Republicans don’t come out looking any better, with only 22% of respondents saying they have a positive view of the GOP.
