Sarah Palin is going back to Iowa this fall to help motivate conservatives for next year’s midterm elections.

The former Alaska governor and 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate will join Utah Sen. Mike Lee and conservative activist Phyllis Schafly at an Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition banquet on Nov. 9, CBN reports. The event is geared toward “electing more family-friendly public officials at all levels,” with an eye on the 2014 elections.

But Palin’s presence in the first-in-the-nation caucus state will inevitably lead to speculation about her own intentions in 2016.
