Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton says she isn’t thinking about running for President, but she is thinking about when she’ll think about it. She told a group of Long Island supporters Friday that she would begin seriously considering a campaign sometime next year.

The former Secretary of State said that she would decide based on whether issues like housing, education, and health care could have real solutions, Newsday reports.

In her speech to the Long Island Association at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, Clinton said she wanted to wait to decide whether she would run. “I want to think seriously about it; I probably won’t begin thinking about it until sometime next year,” she said. “I will think about it because its something on a lot of people’s minds. And it’s on my mind as well. But I want us to think more broadly.”

But she did say that people should stop speculating, because the focus on the next election is “”bad for the country. Govern now. People have been elected to do a job now. And hold them accountable.”

She is old :P, that's great for her if she runs, and/or wins, but she is too old, the stress of presidency will not be good for her.

Hillary Bengahzi doesn't have to decide the American people already have...NO and HXLL NO.  Why is it when the media runs a picture of her it is from 10 years ago.  Old prune face and Bill need to dissolve away while riding Monica into the sunset.

Hillary made her decision when bill was still in the white house, the day she decided in her mind to become a senator. There is no doubt she will run. And there is doubt within her liberal party that she is the one to run. Barring  any scandal that may arise. Bill needs to get back to the Oval office again, think they may hire Monica?

@TonyRay Scared aren't you if she runs the GOP needn't even bother showing up. Assuming there is still a GOP come 2016 and the Tea Party hasn't finished destroying what was once a great national party.

@mantisdragon91 @TonyRay Great for her, it will be her chance to get bill back by giving a BJ to an intern in the Oval office. knowing Billy he most likely would want to watch.

@mantisdragon91 @TonyRay Your forgetting the SCOTUS voted down the Voters Rights Act, which means the Democrats lost the Illegal Mexican vote.  You will now have to show a photo I.D. before voting proving you are an American citizen.  Obama promised 20 million Illegal Mexicans Amnesty and won by 10 million votes, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.  Republicans will have control of the House, Senate and Presidency after the next election.

@manlyman The GOP believes is as well. Which is why they already have attack adds out against her 3 years before the election.

Pity that the actual data shows very little (statistically small) voter fraud. At least from what you would consider traditional 'librul' sources like illegal immigrants and dead people.

And in the last election most major fraud cases came from reliably republican sources. They just operate on an entirely different level.

And now in order to stay in their shrinking power they're forced to figure out how to purge legal voters from voter rolls, minimizing legal voters to vote by limiting weekend, early voting etc and make sure there's some kind of ID that some have a hard times to get and others don't. (guess who usually have a hard time getting it and who they vote for. It's not because they're illegal).

And finally - make sure that areas that traditionally vote Democratic also have less resources. Like less machines, less people making sure they're working etc.

Meanwhile even small rural districts with fewer voters but who vote republican seems to get an abundance of resources.

So if we're going to talk about ways to limit voters opportunity to vote GOP is way ahead of anyone else. So of course they'll going to laugh all the way to the bank ensuring that their districts have all the resources and chances to vote while minimizing it for everything else.

People without ideas that don't believe in people power in politics and democratic system always work to ensure that as few as possible vote.

@TonyRay @mantisdragon91 So what will be your excuse when the GOP get trounced in 2014. For  a party that has alienated women, students, minorities and intellectuals, where do you expect your votes to come from?
