Syrian Woman Confronts John McCain At Town Hall

John McCain’s favored method of conducting politics is the town hall, in part because you never know just what is going to happen. On Thursday, at a town hall in Arizona, a Syrian woman who said her cousin was recently killed by rebels, confronted McCain on his support for bombing the country.

Watch above.

So I'm confused, she is mad at McCain for wanting to bomb Syria but not Kerry and Obama?  Ok, makes total sense.  Send her back to her people.

The truth eventually reveals itself. Shame on the US war machine that markets war by lying to the world. Go ask the real Syrian people, regardless of their religion, and they will tell you the truth - all the bloodshed including the chemical attack is being funded by the US and its allies.

For a long time I have silently watched the US government create situations and excuses to get public support to justify wars, killing people in other countries. But this time the US has stooped to an All Time Low - funding and sponsoring terror through mercenaries and even Al-Qaida in Syria. The US war marketing and PR department thought that the world and good hearted American citizens would eventually ask the US to 'save' Syria seeing all the bloodshed (not knowing that it is their own US government that is paying mercenaries from all over to go fight against a government whose only crime is that they are not US puppets).

The US machine doesn't care about world peace or democracy, which is exemplified by their willingness to pay the so called 'rebels' to kill regular non-military Syrian people  in hopes to gain world support to 'fix' the situation. Yes, the rebels who are fighting the Assad government are not a concerned Syrian citizen militia, but are US, Saudi, UAE and British paid & recruited mercenaries made up of Al-Qaida and other groups on the world's terrorist watch list. But this time when the tried and tested US war machine's marketing and advertising strategy did not result in public support for war, they dialed it up by using chemical weapons against innocent Syrian people, mainly women and children, and framing the Assad government for it. Go research it for yourself and let me know if you find any signs let alone proof that it was the Assad government that used chemical weapons against its own people. This is the same bogus case used before - remember the WMDs, that have yet to be found in Iraq, but were used to sell the nation that they posed a threat to US national security. Face it people, this tactic is in a playbook and has been successfully used many times to scam the warm hearted American citizens to approve of similar regime change wars - Iraq, Afghanistan, and recently the military coup in Egypt (where the so called democracy loving US government paid off military generals to overthrow a democratically elected President).

WAKE UP AND THINK FOR YOURSELF - don't let the government use your hard earned money to kill innocent civilians. I'm not saying that you should stop paying taxes, but at least know that your taxes are being used  to execute innocent women and children.

 Citizen calls McCain treasonous to his face and calls for his arrest along with other lawmakers for supporting Al Qaeda in Syria, gets applause. Politicians better warm up their bunkers.

"McCain supports military intervention but said Obama had 'bungled' everything by consulting Congress after announcing he would strike Syria."

Well, we wouldn't want McCain to have to aye or nay because he might get hit at a Town Hall Meeting.  He can always vote no.  I want to see the no votes.  I want them recorded for history.  I want them especially if we have a Republican who might win the next election.   I think it's important to know exactly where everyone stands, especially after a Republican invaded a country with boots on the ground because "Saddam used chemical weapons on his own people."   ---   15 years before and it was sold to the American people even though he used nada when we took back Kuwait.      It was sold just as  yellow cake and the mushroom cloud were sold, along with a little pointer pointing out exactly where the chemicals were.  And then the joke at the Correspondence Dinner.  I will never forget that joke.  I will never forget the laugher in that room.

 Is Obama lying?     Was it important then and not now?   Let's vote.

It's kind of Saint John to smirk at a woman who is speaking so passionately.

And to condescend to her that he knows Syria better. Once again, the Beltway's favorite Senator shows himself to be a prick.

Really, somebody died in a civil war?

I guess the room in which this woman was complaining didn't have room for the 1400+ familes who lost relatives gassed by Assad.

As we saw this week, it sure ain't committee meetings.

@DanBruce

Just the US campaign in Iraq killed up to 300 000 Iraquis.

Do you have a sense of balance or just want to kill madly?
