CPAC Set to Host White Nationalist Leader

Following speeches from Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and Rep. Michele Bachmann, CPAC is hosting the panel “The Failure of Multiculturalism: How the pursuit of diversity is weakening the American Identity” with Peter Brimelow, the founder and head of VDARE.com. -

Just look at that! We've come full circle!

Full circle or are they exactly in the same place they started at because they never moved?

@MementoMori @sacredh  Think paulie will go to CPAC to report on this? Naturally he'll come here to annoy us instead of redstate or other rightie site where he'll just be a face in the crowd.

Flashback, but topical.

Racism for Dollars: John Derbyshire Turns White Supremacist Pitchman

John Derbyshire's first column VDARE after being fired from the National Review-- besides one dedicated to thanking generous readers -- includes a  defense of white supremacism. It doesn't seem like a coincidence that one of Derbyshire's most explicitly racist essays is packaged with a very explicit request for donations. It seems Derbyshire has discovered one of the benefits of turning off lots of mainstream readers by writing a racist essay about advising his kids to avoid black people is that it earns the loyalty of a smaller number of racist readers who will pay money for more racist stuff. Derbsyhire, the conservative writer fired from the National Review for, has a new column for VDARE.com

Not only is VDARE a racist enclave, it's also bunch of con men. No wonder paulie's linking to them. It's for-profit evil.

The NRA really scares me. If you own a gun, the odds of you actually protecting yourself are kinda slim. On the other hand, the odds of you getting liquored up and killing your mom over a meatloaf dispute are pretty high. - Bobcat Goldthwait

retiredvet, I don't own a gun but I'm not anti-gun by any stretch of the imagination. I'm very much in favor of a ban on all assault weapons and large clips though. I don't know why some people think that they have a right to own any weapon they want. I get 90 Somas (muscle relaxers) a month. I'd like 120. I'm not getting them so I just accept it. I'm sure my doctor had a good reason for saying no, so I never brought it up again. Just because a person wants something doesn't mean that it's a good idea that they get to have it.

I have woods on two sides of my house. I think I'll tell my MIL that I put $1000 in a jar in the woods and then send her out to look for it in her deerskin coat and antler hat.

@sacredh No gun here either but I did grow up on a farm in NH and my brothers and I had small arms for varmint control and fun/practice with tin cans and bottles. I agree the "heavy artillery" should be banned but not shotguns, etc. for hunting and self defense. I think the Constitution is  clear that fire arms should be regulated. What's going on now with the NRA is pure lunacy.

As usual, Barack Obama's White House blames the women in his administration. Janet had better watch her back.

Are you going for some sort of record?

Meanwhile, still waiting for you to explain why you're linking to VDARE and other white nationalists.....

@paulejb Poor Paule how does it feel to constantly link articles without actually reading them or understanding the words? 300 years ago you would have been a lovely parrot for some pirate.

Falsely accusing others of racism is playing the race card, NP. It is a tried and true tactic if the hive mind.

So where are your quotations to back up this assertion?  You continually fail at this very simple task.  It's almost as if you know that you're just full of BS and too cowardly to admit it.

I'll say it again: directly quote someone in support of these allegations.  You have not, nor will you I imagine.

@paulejb @NP042 I think I've fairly accurately proved you're linking to racists sites. With quotes and everything.

Unless you think what I've quoted here from VDARE isn't racist. Is that your defense, paulie, that you don't think VDARE is a white nationalist site? Or is it that you're simply that you don't see anything wrong with being a white nationalist? For some strange reason, for all that you're willing to rant and rave at us all nigh endlessly, you can't seem to clarify why you're posting links from VDARE.

Why is that paulie?
