First, just in case anyone pays attention to paulie's drivel. His little 'article' was written by James Taylor, senior fellow for environment policy at the Heartland Institute. The Heartland Institute is largely funded by the petroleum industry and has been disputing climate change since it started to threaten the oil industry's profits.. The rely on useful idiots to believe their propaganda and repeat. The bad news is: There are lots of useful idiots out there.
Second, the linked study says, "while outright disagreement has risen from 0% to 6% (Oreskes, 2004; Schulte, 2008). ... the rise in disagreement may be a result of increased funding of sceptics (sic) by fossil fuel industries"
And thirdly, I doubt any study that leads off with a quote from Sen Inhofe (R - Nutsville) and can't spell "skeptic" correctly.
