Another interesting example of how taxpayer money could be wasted by the millions. How to balance much needed oversight without delaying payments too much? My very vague opinion; Enforce oversight and make new policies that can facilitate the process of payouts in a more timely manner. I’d rather it take forever then to waste billions of dollars. They may be able to add a clause for emergency purposes. Again this is very vague and in fact simplistic, but I think it’s a good start and when you get a group of smart minds together they can come up with outstanding solutions.
