@ahandout Corrupt to the core. Like having the former CEO of Halliburton force a war with Iraq and then steer Billions of no bid contracts to Halliburton, often for defective or even undelivered services. That kind of corrupt to the core?

Lies, lies, and more lies from Obama.  This time he's not getting away with it.

@ahandout Lies, lies and more lies from you. When will you stop trying to score political points from the deaths of Americans. Have you no shame?

@mantisdragon91 @ahandout Your president has no shame.  He watched these people die and did nothing.  He's a coward.

@ahandout @outsider2011

You're a liar and a hypocrite. I personally saw you posting with glee, and spreading lies about the attack and Stevens here.

You don't want honoe, you want a repub.

The President was protecting a CIA operation. Its been documented. Your side dropped it, because it was proven to them. Only you and paulie are still on it.

Romney is not honorable. Unless you consider ruining business for profit honorable.

What am I saying? You support weakening national security by burning CIA assets/operations. And celebrating and lying about foreign officials dying in order to score political points.

Why would I assume you even know what honor means?

@outsider2011 I'm not claiming a coward that leaves our people to die, when he could see what was happening in real time.  That's not a commander in chief that;s a slimy Chicago thug politician. Nothing to be proud of.

And, I know you libs live in you own fantasy world, but the rest of the country wants an honorable man.  That;s why Romney will win.

@ahandout Sure, keep pushing your nonsense against the wishes of the Ambassador's parents.  I've never seen so many baggers so excited about the deaths of Americans in my life.  NO RESPECT.

The Benghazi terrorists weren't watching a youtube video.  Witnesses say that there was no demonstration.  So, does Hillary believe that witnesses aren't evidence either?  You have to be on youtube for the Obama administration to give you phony credit, and spend weeks denouncing you as horrible, insulting, inhuman.  As for the real terrorists, they get a pass.

The past week, the AP has gathered accounts from five witnesses, including one of the embassy guards and several people living next door to the consulate compound who were present when the militants first moved in. Most spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals for talking about the attack.

The neighbors all described the militants setting up checkpoints around the compound at about 8 p.m. The State Department's timeline says the attack itself began at around 9:40 p.m.

Khaled al-Haddar, a lawyer who passed by the scene as he headed to his nearby home, said he saw the fighters gathering a few youths from among passers-by and urged them to chant against the film.

"I am certain they had planned to do something like this, I don't know if it was hours or days, but it was definitely planned," said al-Haddar. "From the way they set up the checkpoints and gathered people, it was very professional."

The guard said he saw no protesters. He heard a few shouts of "God is great," then a barrage of automatic weapons fire and rocket-propelled grenades began, along with barrages from heavy machine guns mounted on trucks.

High Sheriffs, the likes on comments are disappearing.

It is becoming obvious that the new commenting system is a move to the lowest common denominator, i.e. mobile device compatibility, that abandons any pretense of quality or accuracy. Livefyre is not ready for Prime Time.

@La_Randy Add my voice to the chorus of the disenchanted. A number of my comments and "likes" have disappeared, and half the time the "load more comments" refuses to work. I'm also now unable to "like" some comments.

The mobile version is also a fail because I can't read comments on my phone.

@La_Randy

Not only are likes disappearing, whole comments are disappearing.  I've made few enough comments since the transition that I can remember when and where most of them were made- when I go back to look for them I can find less than half of them.  These aren't controversial comments either- I made a comment today riffing off of MrObvious's link to Mitt & Meatloaf's duet ("He'll do anything for votes.  And he will do THAT"), and asking if anyone had seen Sacredh since the transition, but now the comment is gone.

Livefyre is definitely not endearing itself to me at this point.  Disappearing comments, disappearing likes, no edit function, no easy way to follow comments you previously made, and as far as I'm concerned the swarm of junk posts since the switch makes the social network compatibility a net negative.

@anon76 @La_Randy The locust swarms are definitely off-putting. One one thread, a guy has done nothing but post YouTube videos. (And, no, it's not pauley.)

Liberals continue to support this failure of a president that let 4 Americans die so that it wouldn't hurt his re-election.  Then Obama and his minions lied about the attack, and covered it up.

He should be thrown out of office, and he will be.  Election day can't come soon enough.

@ahandout And you continue to support a tax cheat draft dodger and his lying sidekick. There was no lie and no cover up. You already know that and yet you keep repeating the same lie over and over again hoping that someone would be dumb enough to believe you.

An amazing revelation from the Wayback machine. If you're using RCP as your path to reassurance of the election outcome, you might just want to read this link:

@PaulDirks

In defense of RCP, they've become much better since 2000.  They still make very questionable decisions on which polls to include in their average (it seems they have no objective rules for when a poll rolls out of their average) as well as seemingly hazy rules on when a "toss-up" state is shifted into the "leaning" category, but I doubt they will ever be off as far off again as they were in 2000.  They're definitely a right-leaning site, and I think that in 2000 they let their leanings interfere with their analysis (certainly the tone of that article was far from objective).

In any case, I'd say that they are still a pretty good aggregation site for seeing all of the polls at a glance, but if you want prediction analysis you're much better off looking at Nate Silver or other such sites (e.g. electoral-vote.com or electionprojection.com if you feel more comfortable seeing projections from a righty).

"BIGGER THAN WATERGATE: PROOF THAT THE PRESIDENT IS LYING ABOUT BENGHAZI?"

"The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Specter gunship, which is commonly used by U.S. Special Operations forces to provide support to Special Operations teams on the ground involved in intense firefights. The fighting at the CIA annex went on for more than four hours — enough time for any planes based in Sigonella Air base, just 480 miles away, to arrive. Fox News has also learned that two separate Tier One Special operations forces were told to wait, among them Delta Force operators."

This from you own conspiracy site. Even they admit they were wrong!

Update 3: Jeff Emanuel thinksthat we might be jumping to conclusions and that Jennifer Griffin atFoxNews might have misreported a statement about active laser on atarget. I highly respect Jeff and Jennifer. And either could becorrect right now. Hopefully, we'll get some clarification.

@mantisdragon91 '

But remember your BS from the other night about a gunship not being of use in the area. The availability of a laser designator would make your claims uninformed idiocy.
