All of whom, I'm sure, are going to complain that they will have to pay the marginal tax rate because it was given as a bonus, and not as carried-interest. Anyone want to take odds on how many of these golden-boys will show $200K (more or less) as their only non-interest income for 2012? How could Mittsy do this to them.
I think they would count as lump sum distributions. At least that's how bonuses are for us. They get taxed at about 45% for the whole thing. That's even worse than being taxed on the proletariat income tax schedule.

I'm sure Kevin would be the first in line to complain that Obama: 2016 doesn't give a balanced view and that Romney should insist that theaters should stop running it. Romney wasn't involved in making 2016 and Obama didn't get behind the camera for Religulous. I don't think Kevin has the ability to understand that every democrat doesn't report directly to Obama and that he isn't responsible for everything every democrat does. It's much easier to just lump everything under "Damned Socialist Kenyan".

Kevin, your idea of consistent is the left being wrong and held to an entirely different set of standards than the right. No, I do not think Obama can even think about ordering a PAC what to do. A candidate is forbidden by law from co-ordinating with or being involved with the big money PACs. I'm sure you knew this already but little details like this have never stopped your dog whistles before. Do you really think Mitt would violate the law and try to control Crossroads America?
