“Eye of the Tiger,” the famed theme song from Rocky III, had been on Newt Gingrich’s political soundtrack for years, blaring over the loudspeakers whenever he entered a room. But by January 2012, Frank Sullivan, co-author of the ’80s power ballad, had apparently heard enough.
