Al Gore is giving a very tough speech, but is talking about twice as fast as usual. From where I’m sitting, it appears they are running the TelePrompTer at hyperspeed. A well-placed source tells me that is also how they kept Joe Biden on time last night, so that his big moment onstage with Obama wouldn’t miss the prime-time window.
