Spokespeople are assuming it was a “slip of the tongue.” Shuster on MS just said that she “might have articulated what’s in her head.” Maybe this is her exit strategy. I mean, I can’t see that being a real argument you’d make to superdelegates if you want them to SUPPORT you….
UPDATE: I was being sarcastic about this as exit strategy. Also, Hillary may come on camera to address the issue, according to her staff. They are “surprised” by the reaction to the remarks, and insist that she was simply referring to campaigns going on into the summer.
