The old political saw has been that there are three tickets out of Iowa, that a candidate who can win, place or show maintains a credible case for continuing on in the presidential race. This year, however, that’s not necessarily the case, particularly if you are a Democrat. The Des Moines Register’s David Yepsen looks at the new math.
